祺祥1950gt显卡问题

显卡使用一年多了,最近出现了花屏.
开机进入bios时,屏幕少量花屏.
进入操作系统后,在鼠标的位置处有花屏,随鼠标的移动而动.
不能正常玩游戏,拆开看时,没有烧坏的迹像.
除金手指的氧化后也没有改善,请问是显存的问题,还是gpu的故障.
有没有维修的可行性

driver version of your enabled graphics adapter .
Please update your ATI graphics driver or enable
your ATi adapter using the Displays Manager

隔了一段时间,再装显卡,重新驱动后,便出现以上的提示.
进入系统时,只能选择"显示模式",分辨率也只能调到最低,
不知道是GPU有问题还是哪里有问题,显存应该没问题.
openGl无法开启
