进不了“维修状态”和存储器有关吗？

一台东芝彩电，CPU是“M37222M6-089SP”进不了“维修状态”，有师傅说是CPU损坏，也有师傅说应换存储器。存储器有问题就进不了“维修状态”了吗？求师傅指教，谢谢！
