Acer 4736z LA-4494P shutdown problem

0 U- t0 M& I. x5 v5 ~7 |Hello friends, I have Acer 4736z LA-4494P which is not powering OFF. It is restats in windows if we have SHUTDOWN button presses.
; t% t, w' H. K/ r7 B( mIf POWER Button is pressed for 5 second situation is same same without without HDD. I have replaced I / O controller and flashed BIOS but same thing.
8 T. r# h% z. LPls help to solve the problem.

My problem solved by Removing LAN IC. Now the Laptop is working OK
