Acer 4736z LA-4494P shutdown problem

4 f% @% `$ A- K& rHello friends, I have Acer 4736z LA-4494P which is not powering OFF. It is restats in windows if we have SHUTDOWN button presses.
If POWER Button is pressed for 5 second situation is same same without without HDD. I have replaced I / O controller and flashed BIOS but same thing.
/ A6 @" d/ {! r$ O9 N5 W& hPls help to solve the problem.
