iphone 6 "no service"

hello guys
phone : iphone 6
custumer send it to me with no IMEI
1: checked voltages around BB  they where OK
2: removed the BB did the mesurment on V1 and U1 where lower than European values  
3: did jump the U1 V1
4: Put back the BB
5: get Imei BACK and all is shown on the setup


phone still "NO SERVICE"
the simcard is visible ,and the carrier are shown too can be selected manualy
6: removed the U_LBPAD and did mesurment OK put back a new one
7: removed and replace U_QPOET and also L4003_RF

phone still same "NO SERVICE"

IMEI OK
carrier OK

any help would be apreciated
